Sparkly and Smooth

Hey! If you're all the way out here, you must be collecting twinkling treasures, too. I want to make a travel charm that'll keep me safe on the road, so I'm gathering Nightstar Sand. But it only glows at night... It's so magical, isn't it? Unfortunately, I've only managed to find a tiny bit. I could really use about ten more. Would you help me out? I'll give you something neat I found on my travels as a thank-you!
